CMDA also reaches out into the community with special groups for people experiencing hearing loss and sight loss, as well as offering healthy living programmes, which are open to everyone aimed at promoting a healthier lifestyle for all.

All of these groups enjoy social activities as well as the more formal lectures and discussions. We also enjoy strong links with local mental health groups and we can make immediate referrals where this type of support is needed.
